Could you, my dear blogger friends please pray for Betty? She will be having a triple by-pass surgery on Wednesday at 1:00. Our family would really appreciate this.....Love Terry
Terry, I'm sorry I called you by your sister's name...I was distracted but I will keep her in my heart! I've looked at your other posts and I will think of you and her family as well. I hope all will turn out well. :)
Hi Terry, Yes, I will pray for Betty and for your father too as you requested when you visited my blog. I believe in the efficacy of linked prayers. We will be joined by angels and the Holy Spirit in our prayers. Just believe and trust in the Lord and hold on to His promises. Thanks for the post. God bless you always.
Sometimes, God help us through the mediation of others without we knowing it. I begged to God also uses the doctor's hand to heal your sister Betty, and the surgery will end successfully and perfect.
oh yes- I will be praying- sorry that I am so missing in action but I have just been off the net and so behind in emails and blogs- I did a short update last night and will do one tomorrow- remember that I carry you in my heart and prayers-- hugs from Meme
I am thinking of your sister, wisdom for the doctors and peace in her heart, sorry the pun.
Here's a post where I did for my garden three years ago. The tall tree is Dracaena. http://annkschin.blogspot.com/2008/11/iron-tree.html
They didn't really rip up my plants. They abandoned the garden so most of the plants died. The only surviving ones were the hardy Dracaenas, bananas, ferns, blue ginger, peace lily and other "wild" plants.
I think it is too cold in Canada for ferns to be outside. It's ok here in Auckland, New Zealand. We don't have snow except in the mountains.
I am glad you can laugh over my poor finger. I think I have a skin allergy from the prawns. (OK to eat them,) but if they cut me. Then I have to suffer.
I now live in New Zealand, takes 10 hours to fly from Singapore. It also takes 10 hours to LA.
I grew up in a family of nine children and each week my mother didn't just send us to Sunday School, she came with us.
We heard the gospel week after week from the year 1956 but were not saved until 1967.
The summer of 1967 my mother,my sister, Betty and I were all gloriously saved.
From that year until now several of my brothers and sisters were saved, but my dad still remains on the outside.
It has been our prayer that he will be saved soon and then the family circle will be unbroken and we will all be on our way to heaven where we will meet the Lord and see our brother, David who has gone on before.
